The 16th Anniversary is an event that takes place to celebrate Castle Age 16th anniversary. It is scheduled to last from September 12 to September 18, 2025.
Main Event[]
Main event consists of Anniversary Boss (World Monster: Medusa), guess the number mini-game and fruit slot machine (replacement for treasure chest). Additionally leaderboard rewards exist based on damage done to anniversary boss.

World Monster: Medusa
Medusa Serpent Bow (or simply Serpent Bow) is a consumable used to attack Medusa
- Number of bows is set to 10 every day at reset if having less than 10, and not getting any extra if having more than 10 (ACTUALLY is looks like it was set to 10 when you first enter Anniversary event by clicking on banner, if you for example claimed battle pass bows before doing that you would also start at 10 effectively not getting additional bows)
- One bow can be obtained from mini-game, and more by getting help from guild mates using "Help" button
- Unlimited amount can be bought: 1 for 30 FP, 5 for 150 FP and 10 for 270 FP
- While attacking Medusa there is a chance to be petrified, meaning not being able to attack again unless Medusa's Blood is used or pay 10FP
- Killing blow to target area of Medusa awards player 1x Hair, Heart or Eyes (although multiple players could get it)
- Last day of the event:
- "Medusa’s infinite HP buff has been removed."
- At some point around 40% HP on Eye messages from Medusa appeared in the monster chat log:
- "Want to kill me? Do you think you're Athena?"
- "Medusa activates a skill—attacking her eye now has a petrification chance of 40%."
- Killing blow rewards player Medusa x1 (although multiple players could get it)

Notes[]
- Second day of the event Battle Pass tasks did not reset a few hours in
- At first instructions were missing information about Serpent Bows number resetting to 10 every day (no matter if you had 0 or 9 left for example), which caused many players to lose what they were saving
- Last day of the event unexpectedly Medusa didn't have infinite HP (vague in-game notice easily missed and not in instructions so players know in advance) and it was killed early leaving many players with unspent Bows (timezone issue)
- When Medusa was killed last day it was still possible to do damage for some time, so leaderboard changes still happened
