Dragon Soul eyes and Winter Bless respectively add +25 Water Pierce and +25 Wind Pierce directly to Winter Dragon's ability. It is the first time items do such a thing.
To make things more confusing, this is also not indicated anywhere in game except on the Colosseum V "Award" tab, where you can see when clicking on the general and the items that:
- Winter Dragon's ability at level 1 is: +25 Water Pierce, +25 Wind Pierce, +25 Earth Pierce
- Dragon Soul eyes' "ability" is: +25 water pierce, +25 defense to Winter Dragon
- Winter Bless' "ability" is: +25 wind pierce, +35 attack to Winter Dragon
What this means is that at level 1, if you don't have the items, Winter Dragon's ability should be +25 Water Pierce, +25 Wind Pierce, +25 Earth Pierce. However, since after Colosseum V everyone owning Winter Dragon also has the items, his ability at level 1 for everyone shows as: +50 Water Pierce, +50 Wind Pierce, +25 Earth Pierce.
Should Winter Dragon be made available in the future without the items, his ability will most likely be weaker by 50 elemental Pierce.
